We asked artist-illustrator Claude Robinson to design a poster for the 35th anniversary of the Montreal World Film Festival. Claude got to work on the project in December and came up with an illustration that stresses cinema's creative process, which he interprets in his inimitable fashion, saying: “To my eyes the cinema is a feminine art par excellence; not without reason is it called 'une' camera!”

Montreal Just for laughs Festival from July 5 to 31, 2011
The 2011 fest is, well, in two words, ridiculously awesome. Massive shows include Russell Peters: Best Night Ever. Russell was rightfully given all the power to book the comedians in his show. Other cool shows include Modern Love, hosted by ABC’s Modern Family star Eric Stonestreet. Craig Ferguson’s International House of Comedy should be amazing as well. It his third time hosting a Videotron Gala, so he knows what he's doing!
