Since 2002, we have implemented an environmental program that commits our staff and guests to collaborate in reducing the environmental impacts linked to our business. And we are proud to state that the enthusiasm and will our staff and guests have demonstrated has encouraged and motivated us to continue in our efforts and commitment to protect the environment.

WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF OUR SUSTAINABILITY APPROACH, WE ARE COMMITTED TO ENVIRONMENTAL RESPECT AND PARTICULARLY TO:

• Waste reduction and management;
• The reduction of our impact on greenhouse effect;
• The protection of natural resources;
• The preservation of the quality of water and its availability.

THESE COMMITMENTS ARE TRANSLATED INTO GUIDING PRINCIPLES WHICH CONDUCT OUR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY:

• Implementation of our global recycling program since 2002, including the recycling of batteries and office paper waste;
• Implementation of our environmental policy, which includes housekeeping, waste reduction, carpet and floor maintenance, and water use in our laundry room;
• When furniture is replaced, the replaced furniture is either recycled or donated to charitable organizations;
• Installation of a new high-tech central heating system that operates at 95% efficiency;
• Installation of the ECOLAB's TRI-STAR XP control system on all our washing machines (an industry leader in the protection of the environment);
• We strictly use superior quality cleaning products that are highly concentrated formulas and phosphate-free (ECOLAB). This enables us to use materials that are either recyclable or 100% biodegradable and safe for the environment.
• By using ECOLAB's highly concentrated formula products, we are able to reduce product packaging by 75%.
