Whether you're coming to Montreal for pleasure or work, or for a long-term rental of a semi-furnished studio, suite or apartment, we know how important it is for you to be able to wind down and relax after a full day of sightseeing or work. That is why we strive to make all of our studios, suites and apartments as cozy as possible.

And when it's really beautiful outside, you also have access to our rooftop terrace, the perfect setting to relax with friends or entertain clients while witnessing a magnificent view of Montréal. The panoramic view unfolding before you is superb: on one side, majestic Mount-Royal with its hiking trails and strolling paths; on the other side, the wise-old Saint-Lawrence River timelessly caressing Montréal's Old-Port.

As the weather becomes milder (beginning of May), you have access to our rooftop terrace from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Exceptionally, during the Loto-Québec International Fireworks Competition in July, the terrace is kept open until 11:00 PM in order to let you admire, right to the very end, one of the best spectacles in town from one of the best spots, where you'll spend an unforgettable time.
