What is an apartment hotel?
The apartment hotel concept presents an alternative to the traditional hotel business. In fact, our high-rise building on picturesque Sainte-Famille Street provides furnished studios and one-bedroom apartments with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchenette (Refrigerator, conventional and microwave ovens, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and utensils, pots and pans) and private bathroom.

Plus, each apartment has its personal telephone line with a direct telephone number (supplied with your Welcome Kit). All local calls from within your apartment are free. Each apartment has cable TV (approx. 50 channels) and secured high-speed wireless Internet access.

Before your arrival, we place a complementary welcome ensemble (towels and bed sheets) in your apartment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to take care of your apartment and your bedding during your stay. However, you can ask for our optional housekeeping service (payable).

Where am I located in Montréal?
Trylon Apartments Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Montréal, within walking distance of the Central Business District and of most major cultural and nightlife attractions.

Our high-rise building is located on the corner of Sainte-Famille and Milton. Sainte-Famille Street is three streets west of Saint-Laurent boulevard and Milton Street is one street north of Sherbrooke Street. It’s a 5-minute walk to the Place-des-Arts subway station (green line) and in walking distance of the Palais des Congrès de Montréal, Place-des-Arts, McGill University and the UQAM (University of Québec in Montreal).

How do I get to trylon apartments from the P.E. Trudeau airport?
We are about 30 minutes from Trudeau Airport. Follow the directions below to get to Trylon Apartments Hotel from Trudeau Airport:

BY CAR
Take Highway 20 East towards downtown Montréal;
Get off at exit 3 towards Guy Street / downtown Montréal;
Turn right on René-Lévesque Blvd West;
Turn left on Guy Street;
Turn right on Sherbrooke Street;
Turn left on Sainte-Famille Street.

BY TAXI
You will find a taxi stand as you exit the airport entrance. Please check for rates with taxi drivers on location.

BY SHUTTLE BUS
There is a shuttle bus service from Trudeau Airport to the Berri-UQAM Central Bus Station in downtown Montréal. You can then take a taxi to Trylon Apartments Hotel (a 5-minute drive), or you can take the subway to the Place-des-Arts station. Upon my arrival, when can I take possession of my apartment?
We guarantee apartments for 3 PM (local time). If you should arrive before 3 PM, we will verify to see if it’s available. If so, we will be more than glad to give you the keys. If not, you can leave your baggage at the reception until 3 PM. You can also take possession of your apartment keys as late as 4 AM (local time) upon your arrival.
Where must I present myself upon my arrival?
Upon your arrival at Trylon Apartments, enter and dial “100” on the intercom panel in order to communicate with the reception office.
Do I have internet access from my apartment?
Each apartment is equipped with a high-speed ADSL modem and is included in the rental fee. Also note that you have access to high-speed wireless Internet (Wifi) anywhere in our private guest lounge Salon Thalia.
What is your policy on cancellations?
You can cancel your reservation eight (8) nights or more before your arrival date. For all cancellations made 7 nights or less before your arrival date, a cancellation fee of one night’s rate (for reservations of 1 to 14 nights), or 10% of the total amount of the reservation (1 to 15 nights) will be charged on your credit card.
How can I settle my bill?
Upon reserving, we ask for a valid credit card number in order to guarantee your reservation.

The whole of your stay (from 1 to 29 nights) or the first 30 nights (30 nights and over) is payable upon your arrival. You can pay by cash (Canadian or American currency), by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), or by travelers checks (Canadian or American currency).

For 1-night reservations, if you should arrive after our office hours (Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday and on Sunday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM), the whole of your stay will be charged to your credit card on the day of your arrival.

Can I choose whichever floor or apartment view I wish?
We cannot guarantee your choice of floor or view. However, do not hesitate if you have any special demands you would like to make upon making your reservation. Although we can’t guarantee your requests, we promise to keep them in mind when assigning you a unit.
Where can I park my car during my stay at Trylon Apartments Hotel?
Indoor parking space is available upon request (payable service) for all guests staying at Trylon Apartments Hotel. Please contact the reception office to reserve your indoor parking space.
Do you have furnishings for children available?
Playpens and highchairs are available upon demand and according to availability. Please make your requests upon reserving.
